Eddie Otero is an accomplished real estate developer with over 20 years of experience across all stages of the design and development of commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate projects. Eddie spent the majority of his career as Senior Vice President and Project Manager with Trammell Crow, a publicly traded development firm which has built over $65 billion of real estate across 590 million SF. In his role at Trammell Crow, Eddie was responsible for directing all aspects of institutional level development projects from initial concept planning stages through the full completion of construction. Prior to joining Trammel Crow, Eddie was a lead Project Engineer for Turner Construction, one of the largest construction management companies in the United States. In Miami, Eddie oversaw the construction and development management division at Mast Capital for 4 years. Eddie has been involved in all aspects of acquisition, entitlement, development, financing, leasing, sales and management.
Over his career, Eddie has developed in excess of 3 million SF of commercial, residential and mixed-use product valued at over $900 million. Eddie has developed projects alongside numerous institutional and prominent clients such as the U.S. Department of Defense, GSA, DEA, Northrop Grumman, Honda North America, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Principal Financial Group and The Carlyle Group. Eddie is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
